CAPITOL, LINCOLN Free activities and hand-outs at Capitol. Learn from pro-life senators
and lobbyists in the morning about: LB 462, the bill to ban the use
of aborted babies for research. Visit with your state senator.
Attend the hearing in the afternoon on five other pro-life bills.
No need to
pre-register. Just show up and enjoy the day with fellow pro-lifers! Schedule 8:30 a.m. to
9:00 a.m.---------------------------- Room

State Capitol: Check in and receive
background info packet on legislation. 9:00 a.m. to
10:00 a.m.------------------------- Briefing
by pro-life senators & lobbyists on LB 462, bill to ban the use
of aborted babies for research and other pro-life legislation. (LB
462 was heard in committee on Feb. 9th & is awaiting committee
action & floor debate.) 10:00 a.m. to
10:15 a.m.------------------------- Divide
up into groups by legislative districts & receive your
senator’s packet. 10:15 a.m. to
11:30 a.m.------------------------- Rotunda, 2nd Floor:
Visit with your state senator & then view floor debate from
balcony. 11:30 a.m. to
1:00 p.m.--------------------------- Lunch
on your own. 1:00 p.m.---------------------------------------------- Arrive at Room 1113, South Side, 1st Floor of Capitol, for Judiciary Committee hearing on pro-life bills: LB’s 340, 341 & 342 introduced by Senator Mark Quandahl to clean up loopholes in parental notification & informed consent statutes and LB’s 823 & 824, introduced by Senator Mike Foley regarding fetal homicide. Come For All Or Part Of The Day, Stay As Long As You Want
